The Methodist Parsonage was built on land deeded to the Methodist Episcopal Church on January 14, 1854, for the use of the ministers.
The house was sold to Floyd J. Shelp and Evelyn Shelp June 8, 1931. Barbara & Jerry Adrianson bought house July 3,1972 and sold in September 2006. The house was built at different times, the front was built last. The back was built on log floor joint.
