Country View is the premier apartment community for seniors, age 62 and older. Developed and owned by Delton Area Senior Housing, a non-profit corporartion, it has served Barry County by providing affordable, top-quality rental housing since 1998.

The single-story building is well-designed with 22 one-bedroom apartments, community room, and laundry room. Additional features include lighted parking lot and open landscaping that makes you feel like you live in the country, yet situated close to shopping, banking, and pharmacy.
